There must be something special about Vigo for it to be one of the favourite destinations of the leading international cruise lines. The more than 300,000 tourists that visit this city each year cannot be wrong. Back in the 19th century, even Captain Nemo himself visited Vigo in the novel Twenty Thousand Leagues under the Sea.

And at the end of the day, Vigo is famous for its wide range of nightlife for those people that can keep going into the early hours of the morning.

Vigo is a welcoming city that is easy to reach, either by land (highways and railways), by sea (as an important port) or by air (with the Peinador Airport just 10 kilometres from the centre).
